Inhibitor of mineral salt deposits IOMS-1 is a homogeneous liquid from yellow-green to brown. Presence of sediment is allowed. An aqueous solution of sodium salts of aminomethylenephosphonic acids, predominantly nitrilotrimethylphosphonic acid (NTP acids) with a density of 1.35-1.41 kg/m3, intended for introduction as a complexing reagent, anti-scale agents for industrial purposes and in heat supply systems for treating water used to feed hot water boilers in energy and industry, in circulating cooling systems, centralized hot water systemswater supply in public utilities, which allows for scale-free operation at temperatures up to 120 °C and reduces corrosion by 2-4 times.

The mineral salt deposit inhibitor IOMS-1 calcium is packaged in 250 kg iron barrels. One pallet fits 4 barrels, that is, 1 ton of products. Other types of packaging are also available depending on the manufacturer, for example:
- polyethylene barrels with a capacity from 25 to 227 liters,
- Unicube polyethylene containers (IBC) with a capacity of 1000 l.

The product is transported in the manufacturer's sealed packaging by any means of transport. The scale inhibitor IOMS-1 is stored in both closed and open warehouses protected from precipitation at an ambient temperature of at least minus 3 °C.
